This knockdown rebuild was a truly unique design. We loved the ‘hidden’ garage door concept, where timber cladding masked the entry and continued seamlessly up the wall, blending beautifully with the surrounding trees.

Another standout detail was the custom head flashings, individually made from the same timber cladding boards to ensure a smooth transition between the timber windows and walls. One of the biggest challenges on this project was protecting the custom concrete floor finish throughout the build, but the result was well worth the effort.

The highlight of this home is the exposed steel portal frames through the kitchen and living area, creating an incredible sense of space. The large doors and highlight windows open the home up to the gardens, making you feel completely immersed in the natural surroundings.
