This knockdown rebuild was a unique design. We loved the 'hidden' garage door look with timber cladding masking the entry using the same timber cladding board to run continuously up the wall to blend with the trees around the property.

Another unique requirement was making individual head flashings out of the timber cladding boards to keep timber windows and timber cladding transition seamless. A challenge on this job was the custom concrete floor finish needing to provide protection throughout the building process but the finished product was well worth the extra effort. The highlight of this build was the steel portal frames used through the kitchen living area which allowed a huge sense of space. This made the large doors with highlight windows feel as if you were in the beautiful gardens that surround the home.
