Located in the peaceful coastal community of Erowal Bay, this extensive whole-home renovation was inspired by the clients' move from Sydney to establish their permanent home on the South Coast. The vision was to completely transform a dated residence into a light-filled, contemporary home that embraced modern family living while making the most of its existing footprint.
Reimagining the Existing Home
This renovation involved far more than updating finishes. Every part of the home was carefully reconsidered to create a layout that better suited the clients' lifestyle, improving functionality, flow and everyday living.
The downstairs level was completely reconfigured to create a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that forms the heart of the home. Existing bathrooms, the laundry and kitchen were all thoughtfully redesigned, creating a cohesive interior that feels contemporary, practical and welcoming.
